Manila Clams with | Harissa


 2 Lbs of clams (washed thoroughly) 

 2 tablespoons of Harissa 

 2 tablespoons of cilantro 

 ½ Shallot chopped 

 2 garlic cloves chopped 

 3 tablespoons of olive oil 

 ½ teaspoon of black pepper 

 ½ teaspoon of sea salt 

 6 cherry tomatoes quartered   

Directions:   In small pot, pour the olive oil, add the shallots then the garlic and cook for one minute. Add the tomatoes and Harissa, season with salt and pepper.   Then add the clams and the cilantro. Cook until the clams open. Place clams in a bowl add the sauce, serve with bread.
