Ingredients:
1 all beef hot dog with natural casing (consult your local butcher)
1 hot dog roll
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut (store bought)
1 tablespoon of Harissa
Directions:
Sear the hot dogs in a cast iron pan using a little olive oil. The hot dogs are already cooked. Searing would just give the hot dogs some color.
Warm the hot dog roll then spread some Harissa on the inside of the hot dog roll.
Put the hot dog in the roll and top with sauerkraut and some Harissa.
Very simple and delicious!
