I've tried several harissas and the individual tastes didn't blend that well. There was always something overwhelming everything else. Mustafa's is authentic Moroccan. The flavors are distinct and pleasing. I put it on almost everything. When I get a new jar of mayonnaise, I squeeze some of the sauce right in and mix it all together. Sexy heat? Well, I'm still waiting for that
I love hot sauces, especially Israeli Zchug, but I don’t like Harissa since it has a little sweetness to it from the sweet red peppers

However, looking for Schug here on Amazon, my eye caught a picture of this vibrant red Moroccan Harissa so I’ve decided to order one and I LOVE IT!!!
“Moroccan and Tunisian Harissa is similar to Schug since it is made with a combination of chilis, cumin, coriander, garlic, and olive oil. Unlike Schug; however, harissa uses dried red chilis to make chili paste, and caraway is often added to deepen the flavor.“
I love this harissa hot sauce it’s absolutely delicious on a sweet potato roasted potato cauliflower onion with roasted chickpea dish on a bed of arugula amazing and yummy
