Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes and Harissa

Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes and Harissa

This recipe is my go-to last minute recipe when I am too busy and I have to have dinner.  It does not take too much time and it is delicious.  I usually have a bag of frozen wild caught Argentinian red shrimp.  They thaw very quickly, and it take five minutes to make.

8 Argentinian wild caught red shrimp or any other shrimp you have.

3 garlic cloves chopped

2 tablespoons of parsley chopped

2 tablespoons of Mustapha’s Harissa

8 cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Heat one tablespoon of olive in a medium sauté pan on medium hi heat.  Toss in the shrimp, then add the garlic.  Cook the garlic for a minute, then add the tomatoes, Harissa and the parsley.   Flip the shrimp and then add a couple tablespoons of white wine or water.  Cook for a couple more minutes.  When ready to serve, drizzle the rest of the tablespoon of olive oil.

B’Saha or to your health!
